Mint Syrup

Use it for a mint spritzer, julep, or mojito!

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 16 ounces
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups mint leaves, washed and removed from stems

Instructions

Bring the water and sugar to a boil.

Whisk to dissolve the sugar.

Remove from the heat and add the mint leaves.

Allow to steep for 15–20 minutes.

Strain out the leaves and bottle the syrup.

Chill and serve with sparkling water for a mint spritzer.
